Please avoid, I had a roller garage door fitted by this company, just outside of the warranty period. I phoned as I was having problems, they sent an engineer who replaced the batteries in the remote and charged me £130 plus vat, he was here 5 mins! I was never at any time told about a call out charge as I would have waited until my next service if I had known. They insist I was told, this is rubbish! No offer of even meeting me half way! The annoying thing is I am self-employed and have sent referrals their way, I definitely won't be doing that again!
Please avoid- I have used these on 2 x projects and to start with the sales team are excellent but when it gets to the installation they let you down time after time and then chase payments that have been processed. They also charge you £140 for replacement batteries which are nothing special. Pam Kennedy in their accounts has an awful attitude and no customer care !
Excellent service from The Garage door centre, unfortunately for me my door had an annoying squeak when I shut the door. my fitter decided to go a wall so contacted theses guys and there service has been brilliant managed to fix the door in 10 minutes! Will definitely use again.
