This development needed to appeal to a broad target market, from first time buyers to downsizers. This was achieved by focusing on modern features using muted tones and clean lines. Jigsaw worked within the challenges of the building to enhance space and light. The show home emulates luxury and reflects current trends of geometric patterns and mixed metal finishes, whilst retaining homely comforts using statement oak furniture alongside fur and knit soft furnishings. Each room was designed with great detail to have its own identity; this ensured the scheme remained consistent and strong across all 3 floors.
