木造住宅からオフィスへのリノベーションの計画。低予算のなかで、新規追加するリノベーションでなく、「減材」していくことで、将来の間取りの変更や使いやすさを創出しました。元々あった敷居や鴨居を領域の境界とみなし、各エリアの素材を変化させることでオフィスに合う大空間でありながら、それぞれ異なる用途に対応できます。解体から家具製作を含めて10万円を切る総予算で実現しました。

This renovation is from the wooden house to new office. Among the low-budget, not a renovation to add new things, by going to reducing material, it was created for ease of use. Regarded as the boundary of the area that was originally there sill andlintel (are Japanese traditional materials), while a large space to fit in office by changing the finish of materials so that we can respond to different applications in each space. The total cost is less than 100,000 yen including the furniture.
