The façade presents a combination of various shades of grey as the top storey of the house is decked with glass and stone tiles. This layer of the home is visible from outside and it presents a neutral look when combined with the solid grey industrial finish metal gate. A portion of the house flaunts an earthy red hue, and peeps from behind the gate to tease onlookers.

Clean lines and surprising spots for windows – that was our very impression of the living room. Stripes in a random pattern adorn the panel that holds the television, while slim white shelves sit above the low slung window to cater to decorative display. Sleek, linear sofas and recliners are the perfect addition here to keep the space minimalistic and to soothe the senses, while two identical coffee tables take centre stage. White, beige and pale wooden hues rule this room, while bold red steps in for an odd splash or two.

The dining room features an industrial chic chrome staircase on the side with chrome planks that render a gleaming silvery look. The sleek and glossy dining table is accompanied by cosy rattan chairs, while the stylish open kitchen beckons with its warm lighting and minimalistic design scheme. Elegant high chairs edge the bright red countertop which is an extension of the kitchen island, while a long bank of windows allows ample sunlight and fresh air to flood the space.

The home has been planned and structured in a way which offers ample ventilation with plenty of privacy, thanks to the intelligent placement of the various wings. Large glass sheets have been used to introduce a feeling of openness, and to integrate the outdoors with the indoors. We also love how the bright red wall has been juxtaposed with the neutral ones for quirky visual interest.

From one of the bedrooms of the home, a sliding glass door lets you out onto the open terrace with its warm wooden floor and vibrant red balustrade. The tall plant in the circular white planter adds a lively green touch to the stark industrial looking stone-lined wall holding the glass door.

The vast poolside is characterised by the red and grey walls of the home, as the patio houses numerous chic seating arrangements for you to enjoy the lilting breeze by the pristine waters.

The outdoor seating arrangement next to the pool is also a sort of extension of the indoor living area. Large glass doors help in integrating these spaces, and allow insiders to admire the pool too.
